Organize Wise Business Plan Effective Management
Question: Discuss about theOrganize Wise Business Planfor Effective Management. Answer: Management Team Any business requires an effective management team that can ensure effective management of the operations of the business. Effective management will ensure that there is efficient communication all through the organization. Two-way communication in the organization means that the members of the organization will be updated on the mission, vision, and values of the organization (Lee Ariely 2006). The advantage here is that the management can tailor the culture of the organization to ensure that it befits it. Moreover, the management plays the role of coordinating the efforts of all the members of the organization to meet organizational objectives. Without an efficient management team, achieving organizational objectives can become harder to achieve. Therefore, for this company, there is a need to select managers that can solicit the support of the entire organization. Having the support of the entire employee fraternity can be instrumental towards having an efficient and effective ma nagement team. Professional Advisors Independent Contractors Brine (2006) believes that there is value in an organization understanding its clients because it provides the opportunity to know their preferences and likes. An advantage that accompanies this is the fact that the organization can tailor its products to meet these requirements. Organize Wise is an organization that will be equipped with at least two professional advisors who will be tasked with the duty of ensuring that the organization can meet the specifications of the clients regarding enhancing arrangements in organizations. The advisors will be providing guidelines that the organization will follow while rendering its services. Moreover, the organization will have access to independent contractors who will provide casual employees who will handle the heavy lifting and arrangement of the client companies. These casual workers will also handle the cleaning jobs in the client organizations making the arrangement tasks much easier. Stakeholders The clients of the organization are key stakeholders because they directly impact the survival of the organization. Without the clients, it is impossible for Organize Wise to operate. Moreover, they impact the profit margin of the company. Having a stable customer base will ensure that the company can generate steady profits (Trelewicz Volovich 2006). If the customer base proves weak, there is a chance that the organizations profits margin will suffer. The management of the company is also a primary stakeholder because they are responsible for the decisions that run the operations of the company. Without managers to guide the efforts of the employees, achieving goals and objectives can become an uphill task. Brief Organizational Structure The company will embrace teamwork instead a hierarchical structure. The primary reason behind this is that teams are more effective at attaining organizational goals as opposed to individual employees. The employees of the organization will be broken down into teams which will have different assignments. A team leader whose task will be to liaison with the management of the company will be present in every team. The leader will guide his team members towards specific set goals. A hierarchical structure threatens the flexibility of the employees which is an important feature in this company (Vinodrai 2006). Each team will also be assigned a different client and an independent contractor. The contractors will provide the team with casual workers who will enable the team to accomplish the arrangements and organization of the client companies to which they are attached. Industry and Market Analysis There is a need for every company to understand its market strengths and weaknesses since it allows the company to establish the value of its investments. For instance, if a company enters an industry that has high competition, there are numerous threats that the organization needs to consider. According to Michael Porters industry analysis, the threat of substitution is one of these factors. Thomas et al. (2014) describes it as one that involves the fact that the clients can obtain the same services that the organization is offering from another service provider at a lower price. That drives down the value of the services of the organization. Introduction of Industry, Strategic Group, and Market The organization lifestyle management industry is a relatively new industry and one that has been unexplored. Evidence of this is in the fact that there is limited literature on the subject. Following Michael Porters Industry analysis, this industry has a lower threat of substitution. Being an industry that has not been discovered by many, there are very few organizations that render this service (Nilsson Gustafsson 2006). The client organizations cannot approach the rivals of this company to get the same services at a lower price. Competition in the industry is also low which means that Organize Wise can have a large market share thereby promising high profits. However, the barriers to new entry are few which means that new entrants can easily enter and exit the market. That is a threat because it will increase competition and the threat of substitution. Organize Wise will have a strategic team whose task will be to formulate strategic plans to ensure that the strategic position of the organization is maintained. Industry Analysis via secondary Research (Size, Growth Rate, and Sales Projections) Every organization endeavors to grow and develop. That means that they will need the services that Organize Wise renders. Growth and expansion mean that client organizations need to optimize their resources for a maximum positive outcome. Having an effective organizational lifestyle is one way of attaining this (Massa Tucci 2013). Organize Wise seeks to improve the organizational lifestyle of its client companies by re-organizing the entire organization to increase the effectiveness of the company. Therefore, the organizational lifestyle management industry holds a lot of opportunity for Organize Wise. The company will have a steady flow of clients which will translate into steady income for the organization. Entry Strategy Entering the industry is always a big challenge for any organization because it greatly contributes to the future of the organization. The market entry strategy that this company will utilize is partnering which will ensure that the company can establish itself. Organize Wise will form a partnership with an already existing organization which already has a stable market share. The advantage here revolves around the fact that Organize Wise will have the opportunity to use the facilities of this company to establish itself (Mullins 2012). For instance, the partner may be the very first client of Organize Wise. The partner will also enable Organize Wise to reach other organizations providing a steady flow of customers. Product and Service Development Plan Overview of Products and Services Organize Wise will provide its clients with the service of organizing and optimizing the client organizations work environment. The purpose of this service is to revitalize the organization regarding increasing the effectiveness of the employee fraternity. Reorganizing the client organization entails rearranging the facilities of the company (Weiss et al. 2006). That includes the workstations of the employees and the overall layout of the organization. The advantage here is that it will allow the employees of the client company will have an easier time moving around the company making their work easier. The overall layout will also improve increasing the attractiveness of the organization improving the work environment (Lehmann 2006). That goes a long way towards increasing job satisfaction of the employees of the client organization. Resources, Capabilities, and Competencies Organize Wise will have investments in different sectors to boost the financial resources of the company. Sufficient resources will ensure that the organization can meet its needs. It will be able to fully remunerate its workforce thereby maintaining their motivation. The financial resources will also ensure that Organize Wise has a wider range of capabilities. That is, it will be able to deal with many clients at a go.
